Public Camp FAQ

Yes! You may purchase any number of weeks and they can be scheduled freely according to your needs.

Weeks do not need to be consecutive.

While you must choose your weeks at the time of your registration, you can change your scheduled dates later – at no additional cost.*

If you add weeks and move to a lower rate plan, your new, lower rate also applies to your previously purchased weeks.

Any applicable discounts will be recalculated based on the new, lower weekly rate.

There is a one-time $35 per child annual enrollment fee which is automatically added to all reservations. This fee covers the administrative cost of setting up your child in our online scheduling system and includes a new rash guard for the child to wear during camp for sun protection.

Rates are for each child, so siblings need to each have the number of paid weeks necessary to qualify for the rates below.

Weeks can be transferred between siblings as long as they are at the same rate at the time of the transfer.

Reserved camp dates may be rescheduled at no additional cost, however, all change requests must be sent via email to our office at moc.aesehtybssentifobfsctd-1f9727@ofni.  Requests must be received no later than 5:00 pm (Pacific Time) Friday prior to the scheduled camp week. All change requests are subject to availability.

Since campers attend in week-long sessions there will be NO MAKE-UP DAYS or refunds offered for missed days this camp season.

All fees are due and payable at the time of enrollment.

Fees, excluding the per camper registration fee, are refundable in full through May 15, 2025. After that date and before the first day of camp, we will refund all but the $35 registration fee and 50% of the total amount paid (after any discounts received). After the first day of summer camp 2025, there will be no refunds or credits for canceled and/or missed camp days.

For cancellations to be eligible for a refund, cancellation requests must be received via email (moc.aesehtybssentifobfsctd-206d3d@ofni) no later than 11:59 pm on May 15, 2025.

Drop off for camp is from 9:00-9:30am and pick up is from 3:00-3:30pm, unless you are signed up for extended care from 3:30-4:30pm or 3:30-5:30pm.

You will receive a parking pass at the sign-in table for pick up and drop off that is valid from 9:00-10:00am and 3:00-4:00pm. Please place it on the front dashboard of your vehicle.

Weekly Rate Schedule

Enrollment includes a child friendly lunch from the Jonathan Club restaurant.

The daily menu for 2025 includes:

  • M: Hamburger/cheeseburger
  • T: Pasta with marinara sauce
  • W: Cheese quesadilla
  • Th: Hot dog
  • F: Mac & cheese

Additionally, chicken tenders, french fries, fruit, milk, juice, and water are available every day.

Private Camp FAQ

Our Jonathan Club Beach Camp location is available exclusively to members and sponsored guests of the Jonathan Club.

Drop off time is 9-9:30am and pick up time is 3-3:30pm. Drivers should enter the Jonathan Club at Pacific Coast Highway and the California Incline. Drive through the parking lot and a staff member will greet you and escort your child(ren) to camp. Parents, please remain in your vehicle to ensure a safe and speedy experience.

All charges for camp will be transferred and billed on the member’s monthly statement after services are rendered.

Please note, however, that all scheduled dates, irregardless of camp attendance, will be billed if not moved or canceled prior to the cutoff times listed above.

Fees are refundable in full through May 15, 2025. There will be no refunds or balance reductions for canceled and/or missed camp days after May 15.

For cancellations to be eligible for a refund or balance reduction, cancellation requests must be received via email  (moc.aesehtybssentifobfsctd-4b46e1@pmaccj) no later than 11:59 pm on May 15, 2025.
